70+ installations air force service center and industry culinary professionals met in Dallas April 11-13 to discuss current and future Food 2.0 dining operations.

The Food 2.0 Owners Summit was held in an innovative kitchen environment, giving attendees the opportunity to see demonstrations of cutting-edge cookware and taste dishes prepared by experienced chefs.
