The Home Builders Federation has released the results of this year’s National New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS), with 41 homebuilders receiving five-star ratings.
The CSS is a self-contained census completed by new home buyers, with results released each March. This year he completed over 60,000 forms. This means the study can reliably and accurately portray the performance of the industry and builders.
This year’s survey found that 90% of new home buyers would recommend their builder to a friend, marking the third year in a row that the industry has scored above 90%. 90% of participants said they would buy new homes again, and 85% said they would buy from the same builder again.
The positive results are particularly impressive following the challenges homebuilders had to overcome last year, particularly regarding material supplies and labor shortages.
41 house builders have won the highest five-star award. This includes his Barratt, Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon, Vistry and Redrow in Volume His House Builders, also listed in the FT’s Diversity Leaders 2023.
Story Homes CEO Colin Wood said after receiving the five-star rating: “To achieve 5-star builder status again and achieve such high levels of customer satisfaction is a great achievement for our business. It reflects our ongoing commitment.
“I am extremely proud of our team. These achievements are a testament to Story Homes in designing great products, building the homes people want to live in, and always trying to do the right thing. It is the result of the hard work and passion shown by all of us, for our customers.”
