Bishweswar Tudu praises Team Arunachal for their successful CSS implementation

Itanagar- Bishweswar Tudu, Minister of State for Jal Shakti & Tribal Affairs, commended Team Arunachal, led by Prime Minister Pema Khandu, for successfully implementing the Central Support Scheme (CSS). He said most of the projects here have completed more than 50% of his progress, which is a good sign.

Accepting the fact that there are few difficulties or challenges in implementing these CSS schemes within the states due to different terrains and topography, he proposed some central guidelines for these schemes to help states such as: said it planned to produce a report proposing changes to Good Arunachal and submit to the Prime Minister.

Tudu gave full support and cooperation to the state government, especially for the plans of Jal Shakti and his own department of tribal affairs, and ensured that the pending issues related to these plans would be resolved. He also assured that there would be no shortage of funds from the center to the state.

He said the central and provincial BJP ‘double-engine’ governments ensured that all government programs were implemented quickly and reached their intended beneficiaries. Citizen involvement is most necessary to achieve this, he said.

Speaking at Van Dhan Vikas Kendra, Tudu said there are plans to open these Kendras here to promote the handicrafts of the wealthy tribes of the state. Van Dhan Vikas Karyakram aims to promote and harness the collective power of tribal people to achieve viable scale.

Tudu was our first two day visit to Arunachal Pradesh.
