Bluestone Home Loans, a mortgage lender, has announced the launch of its SMSF mortgage product.

The new mortgage product will focus on three key principles: compliance, ongoing support for brokers throughout the loan process, and clear and understandable policies.

Eligible customers can borrow up to $1.5 million and 80% LVR, depending on the property’s location, the mortgage lender said.

To be eligible, a borrower must comply with the SMSF with a corporate trustee with net worth greater than $200,000 and the related assets must be owned by another corporate security trustee.

Loans are available for new purchases and refinancing and are subject to principal and interest and interest only terms.
