Chris will oversee all finance, accounting and financial operations for CSS and its primary holdings, He Evolver and eVigilant.

Chris joins CSS with over 20 years of experience optimizing financial resources and strategically positioning companies for long-term growth. He was his CFO at Southland Concrete Corporation. There, he oversaw the organization’s transition from an S Corporation to a C Corporation while improving systems for evaluating financial information for better decision making.
With strong connections in the Washington, DC metro area, Chris has also held financial leadership roles at SteelCloud, Opnet Technologies, and Ankura Consulting, driving all financial operations, developing strategies, business modeling, forecasting, and technical Improved platform. of significant growth. His broad experience includes GovCon, professional services, IT, and construction, and overlaps with some of CSS’s market priorities.
