Outsourced CX vendor CSS Corp is adding another 300 employees to its Costa Rica operations where it operates two distribution centers.

The Dallas-based company held a job fair in Heredia, Costa Rica during the second week of September. All new hires are expected to start their jobs in October.

With BPO already employing over 1,600 people, the recruitment program will bring CSS Corp’s total headcount in the Central American country to over 2,000.

“The new workers join the company’s 1,650 employees who provide multilingual consumer and business support to customers around the world in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Italian.” BPO Provider says:

CSS entered Costa Rica in August 2013, opening a contact center in Heredia. Four years later, we launched another distribution center in Carthage, a small town about 12 kilometers east of the capital San Jose.

Multilingual tech support is the primary service offered from Costa Rica, but a recent gamer hunt indicates that the company also uses Costa Rican facilities to support gaming consumers in the United States.

CSS was founded in 1996 in Chennai, a city in southern India. Today, he employs over 11,500 people in 20 locations around the world, including Colombia and China.
