Dam B – The Tyler County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested a Dam B man in neighboring Hardin County last week for possession of drugs and an arrest warrant.
At 12:15 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, an agent contacted Thomas Ray “Tray” Moore III, a 29-year-old Dam B man, according to Tyler County Sheriff Brian Weatherford. Using a mansion on County Route 4098 for Moore’s arrest warrant, Weatherford said while lawmakers were talking to Moore that he actually had an arrest warrant from Hardin County, where he was arrested for a felony. said it was confirmed. Controlled substance possession due to inability to appear.
Deputies searched Moore and found a glass sphere.
Moore was transferred to the Tyler County Judiciary Center and was given a new charge of felony possession of a controlled substance in meth, along with charges from Hardin County.
Percentage 2 Magistrate Ken Jobe has set Moore’s bail at $80,000 and he remains in Tyler County custody.
