ReACT v6.1 completely overhauls the Helpdesk and Admin Portal UIs with appropriate updates for a more modern feel and improved usability. This new version of his ReACT is built using Google’s Material Design 3 standard, known for its intuitive and easy-to-use interface. Event log table options and menus have been updated to give users quick access to different actions.

Designed with responsive design principles in mind, ReACT v6.1 is mobile friendly and easily accessible from any device. The helpdesk and admin portal are now fully customizable with auto-hide alerts, swipeable cards, auto-collapse menus, and quick action menus for improved usability and speed of action.

Helpdesk now supports bypassing forced registration, revoking image recognition, and DUO & RSA authentication. These can be managed within the Managed Systems section of the Management Portal. In addition, a customizable RSF for ActiveX scripting system is now available, improving usability and allowing greater customization of this type of system. A caller authentication feature has been developed within the helpdesk portal to provide user authentication for sensitive data sites. Finally, a new event auditing feature is now available within the management portal, allowing a complete breakdown of user events. This data can be exported, saved, and further reviewed, providing administrators with detailed metrics on how ReACT is being used.
