Electronic & Security Services (ESS), an electronic security company based in BELFAST, has approved the acquisition of Central Security Systems CSS, bringing together two of the most innovative and established players in the local security industry.
Completed for an undisclosed sum, the transaction will enable ESS to further strengthen its security portfolio and deliver advanced innovations for commercial and domestic customers.
CSS was founded in Lisburn in January 1983 by Brian Hunter and has worked successfully in the electronic security industry with many clients in multiple sectors.
ESS said it is committed to retaining CSS’s talented staff and continuing its impressive customer base.
This acquisition will help strengthen ESS’s UK and Ireland market footprint as it anticipates product development and innovation in the physical and cyber security space.
