A native of Genesee County, Stephen graduated from Batavia High School in 2010 and attended both SUNY Brockport and SUNY Empire State College. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Business Administration and currently lives in Le Roy with his wife and his two children.
