Google is unplugging Glass Enterprise, a smart glasses product it has been working on for the last decade. In a brief announcement posted on the company’s website, Google said the hardware will no longer be available for purchase and the software will end its life in about six months.
“Thank you for more than 10 years of innovation and partnership,” the announcement said. “As of March 15, 2023, we will no longer be selling Glass Enterprise Edition. Support for Glass Enterprise Edition will continue until his September 15, 2023.”
