Jack Wallen presents a plugin that makes it easy to monetize your content on WordPress.

WordPress is one of the most widely used website building frameworks on the market, and for good reason. WordPress was never originally designed for anything other than blogging, but it has since become a platform that can meet almost any need.
Good example: membership content. Create member-only content for your site using WordPress and a simple plugin. The Paid Membership Pro plugin allows you to monetize the content of your WordPress site with different membership levels such as:
- free
- monthly
- a year
- one time
- lifetime
- trial
Paid Membership Pro (free with paid add-ons) allows you to monetize content for courses and coaching, associations and professional organizations, physical and digital products, paywalled content, and paid newsletters.

The plugin also has the following paid plans:
- Standard: $247/year includes everything in the free version including premium support, advanced customization, 20 standard add-ons, and auto-updates. Includes 1 site license.
- Plus: $397/year includes everything in Standard plus 30+ add-ons. Includes two site licenses.
- Builder: $697/year includes everything in Plus and includes 5 site licenses.
Let’s see how to install Paid Memberships Pro on WordPress and start using it.
How to install Paid Membership Pro
Plugin installation is the same as for WordPress. Log in to the site as an admin user,[プラグイン | プラグイン]Go to. Add new.[検索]Enter Paid Membership Pro (Paid Membership) in the field.Figure A).

How to create your first membership level
As soon as you install the plugin, you will see a new tab in your WordPress left sidebar called Memberships. When I click on that tab, I get the warning No Membership Levels Found (Figure D).

[メンバーシップ レベルの作成]A new popup appears when you click (Figure E).

Suppose your initial membership level is monthly. Click that entry to see the resulting page (Figure F), enter the information required for your membership level.

One thing to remember is that this membership level can be restricted to categories (Figure G). If you haven’t created categories yet, you need to create them. You can even create a category named Monthly, so it’s very easy to know which category to assign to your membership level.

Now when you create a new post on the site, assign it to a monthly category and only members with a monthly membership will be able to see that content.
Before continuing, you should also generate the various front-end pages required for Paid Membership Pro. To do this,[メンバーシップ]Go to[設定]Click a tab. in that window (Figure H) so,[自分用にページを生成]Click. This is the easiest method.
Figure H

This will bring up a new page (Figure I), where you can customize various pages.

After configuring the page,[設定を保存]Click. This creates all the pages necessary to allow users to sign up for membership levels and manage their accounts.
After completing this final step, you’re ready to further customize Paid Memberships Pro to perfectly fit your WordPress site, business, and product needs.
Hopefully, this plugin will help you monetize your content without having to resort to more expensive custom solutions.
