Compared to the previous version, the new software features a new simplified operator interface, improved operational flow, support for multiple test plans in one run, and most notably, the library used It greatly improves the user experience with several key enhancements, including context-based troubleshooting guides. A set of videos and supporting documentation to help users quickly identify the root cause of an issue. New content in the Support Library is hosted on cloud servers, so connected SmartChem® Analyzers can be updated automatically.New software is compatible with SmartChem® Models 210 and 450 now, and model 600 in the near future.
