Technology Education Provider Ironshack Opens at Miami Marlins Home Stadium Lawn Depot Park.
Ironshack has leased 6,000 square feet of offices, classrooms and conference rooms at the stadium at 501 Marlins Way in Miami, according to a Marlins news release. Among the offerings in this space are his 9-week full-time programs in web development, data analysis, and UX/UI design. Monthly workshops, hackathons and social technology events. Ironshack will also be attending Marlins Tech his Tuesday on May 16th.
Ironshack and the Miami Marlins have also partnered. That means Ironshack students will work on projects for his team in Major League Baseball, including how to focus on technology to improve his fan experience.
Founded in 2013, Ironshack has 10 campuses around the world. Ariel Quinones is a co-founder.
Records show Miami-Dade County owns the stadium.

Abare Telavivian Kitchen | Aventura
Chef Sam Gollenstein and business partner Omar Horev open Abale Tela Vivian Kitchen. Aventura.
The Israeli and Mediterranean restaurant leased 4,000 sf at 1999 Aventura Blvd. According to Abbale Telavivian’s news release, there will be 140 seats, indoor and outdoor dining, and a full bar with 14 seats. The restaurant will open in September.

In the largest deal, breast cancer screening provider Solis Mammography acquired 2,900 square feet in a shopping center at 4501-4587 Weston Road. Westonaccording to a news release from the landlord’s broker.
The White Lotus Boutique, a clothing, jewelry and accessories store, is already open, taking up 1,400 square feet for its first store in South Florida. The 2,200-square-foot Gaia Spa. Goji Juicery and Kitchen, a health food restaurant that occupies 1,400 square feet.
Fitness center Body20 has leased 1,400 square feet, according to a release. The gym is scheduled to open in May.

Pebb Enterprises has signed four new tenants at the Delray Landing shopping plaza.
Retro Fitness will open at 17,300 square feet, Crown Wines & Spirits will open at 4,000 square feet, and Keke’s Breakfast Cafe will open at 4,200 square feet. Delray Beach, according to Pebb’s news release. Also, a dental office he leased 1,500 square feet.
pebBoca Raton-based is redeveloping Delray Landing after purchasing it for $10.5 million in 2021, according to releases and records. The Sprout Farmers Market is the anchor. Other tenants include Burger King and Taco Bell. Pebb, led by Ian Weiner, purchased the property in his joint venture with Cincinnati-based Topvalco.
Chama de Fogo Brazilian Steakhouse | Wynwood Walk
The first Chama De Fogo Brazilian Steakhouse from the creators of Massachusetts-based Oliveira’s Steak Bar & Grill opens on Wynwood Walk.
Chama De Fogo signed a 15-year lease for 7,500 square feet at 230 Northwest 29th Street, according to the landlord’s news release. The restaurant is scheduled to open early next year.
New York-based Thor Equities owns Wynwood Walk on the southwest corner of NW 29th and NW 2nd Avenues. Founded and led by Joseph Sitt, Toll has developed a 63,000 square foot site. Wynwood Walk after paying $41.5 million For the 2015 site.
The Plaza’s existing tenants include Pizzeria and Beer Garden, Bottled Blonde, miniature golf provider Patary, velvet tacos.

Avi & Co. will open on Thursday at 1,800 square feet at 53 Northeast 40th Street, according to a company news release. The store offers new and pre-owned watch brands such as Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet and Rolex at prices from $2,500 to he $800,000.
