Iron Hack | Lawn Depot Park | Miami
Technology Education Provider Ironshack Opens at Miami Marlins Home Stadium Lawn Depot Park.
Ironshack has leased 6,000 square feet of offices, classrooms and conference rooms at the stadium at 501 Marlins Way in Miami, according to a Marlins news release. Among the offerings in this space are his 9-week full-time programs in web development, data analysis, and UX/UI design. Monthly workshops, hackathons and social technology events. Ironshack will also be attending Marlins Tech his Tuesday on May 16th.
Ironshack and the Miami Marlins have also partnered. That means Ironshack students will work on projects for his team in Major League Baseball, including how to focus on technology to improve his fan experience.

Abare Telavivian Kitchen | Aventura
Chef Sam Gollenstein and business partner Omar Horev open Abale Tela Vivian Kitchen. Aventura.
The Israeli and Mediterranean restaurant leased 4,000 sf at 1999 Aventura Blvd. According to Abbale Telavivian’s news release, there will be 140 seats, indoor and outdoor dining, and a full bar with 14 seats. The restaurant will open in September.

Chama De Fogo signed a 15-year lease for 7,500 square feet at 230 Northwest 29th Street, according to the landlord’s news release. The restaurant is scheduled to open early next year.
New York-based Thor Equities owns Wynwood Walk on the southwest corner of NW 29th and NW 2nd Avenues. Founded and led by Joseph Sitt, Toll has developed a 63,000 square foot site. Wynwood Walk after paying $41.5 million For the 2015 site.
