Fuck that noise. That’s the justification to over police poorer and black neighborhoods.
He’s a man who abused his power, flagrantly, that’s why he committed more crimes. He felt like he wasn’t accountable. Frankly he understood the law more than the average person so he hoped he wouldn’t get audited.
It’s like the cop who raped that school teacher…he forced her into a car, pushed her clothing up and masturbated onto her leg because he knew that if you didn’t penetrate someone the sentence would be far less.
They’re just gaming the system. Most “criminals” are just people doing ordinary things or survival things or drug things (which is kinda survival things in this economy). He isn’t an ordinary criminal. He was a man handed a shit ton of power who abused it every step of the way.
