“Relaunching “Amrit Kalash Deposit” for domestic and NRI customers with extended validity, attractive interest rates, 400 days tenure and much more, SBI tweeted from its official handle today.
The official website of SBI says, “The specific tenor scheme of “400 days” (Amrit Kalash) at Rate of Interest of 7.10 % w.e.f. 12- April- 2023. Senior Citizens are eligible for rate of interest of 7.60%. The Scheme will be valid till 30-June-2023.”
At 7.6% interest, the annualised yield from Amrit Kalash deposit works out to be 7.82% for senior citizens and 7.29% for others at 7.1% interest.
Latest SBI Fixed Deposit Interest Rates
Along with Amrit Kalash Deposits, the interest rates offered by SBI on fixed deposits of different tenors are as follows:
7 days to 45 days: SBI is offering 3.5% interest to senior citizens and 3% interest to others.
46 days to 179 days: SBI is offering 5% interest to senior citizens and 4.5% interest to others.
180 days to 210: SBI is offering 5.75% interest to senior citizens and 5.25% interest to others.
211 days to less than 1 year: SBI is offering 6.25% interest to senior citizens and 5.75% interest to others.
1 Year to less than 2 years: SBI is offering 7.3% interest to senior citizens and 6.8% interest to others.
2 years to less than 3 years: SBI is offering 7.5% interest to senior citizens and 7% interest to others.
3 years to less than 5 years: SBI is offering 7% interest to senior citizens and 6.5% interest to others.
5 years and up to 10 years: SBI is offering 7.5% interest to senior citizens and 6.5% interest to others.
SBI Amrit Kalash Deposit: SBI is offering 7.5% interest to senior citizens and 6.5% interest to others.
