main purpose of work

C#.Net Core Developer (Full Stack) is responsible for developing, maintaining, configuring and enhancing various applications using C#.NET MVCAngular and Microsoft SQL Server database on Windows and web platforms. Developers should be well versed in Agile methodologies and are responsible for joining feature teams to help deliver quality products to the business. Individuals participate in activities that require consideration of software development practices and risks, from developing user requirements, and testing activities according to process and performance guidelines, to identifying project defects/performance issues, Feedback should be provided.

Main scope of responsibility

System and solution specifications

• Developers contribute to the creation of all documentation necessary to derive a solution, interpret business requirements and contribute to meetings.
• Planning and prioritizing all software development related tasks (methodological tools such as Agile/Scrum methodologies).
• Technical design responsibility

• Assist in creating test plans, test data, and test packs to implement functionality.
• Run unit tests to support system integration and user acceptance testing.
• TFS should be utilized to track tasks assigned to software developers and create dashboards to track desired indicators of quality and progress with the help of sprints.

• Review the development of designated new features, whether delivered through internal developers or external vendors, to ensure best practices are adhered to.
• Agree by following all change control processes and ensuring that all changes in system upgrades, system configuration changes, or application parameter changes are approved and tested by a change approval board (CAB). implement your solution.
• Implement security changes and assist in auditing by governance and change managers.

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to resolve incidents within SLA timescales, perform root cause analysis to resolve issues, and update all relevant process documentation.
• Logs and follow up issues.
• All product bug maintenance and fixes.
• Understanding web analytics.

• Management and maintenance of development environment including source control.
• We maintain our code in TFS (Team Foundation Server) which supports multiple branch/deployment paths.
• Management and maintenance of operation monitoring environment.
• Follow company and departmental policies and procedures, including all coding and documentation standards.
• Attend other meetings (inception, iteration planning meetings, grooming, retrofit sessions, defect meetings, daily SCRUMS (standup)).

Required Skills/Personal Attributes

• Mathematics and appropriate advanced qualification – B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Sc. (Information Systems) preferred OR Matric with 4 years of IT related experience.

experience

• 5+ years of experience in developing and supporting C#.Net desktop or web application development in an enterprise environment.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL Server database systems.
• Experience in a highly available online transaction environment.
• 4+ years of experience in developing and supporting various system integration points.
• 5+ years of experience as a hardcore C# developer
• Web service development experience is a must.
• Good knowledge of HTML5 & CSS and JavaScript/Typescript development in a thin-client architectural environment. Angular development experience is a must.
• Experience with TFS Automation for managing infrastructure as code is required.

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies with a focus on C# development in web and desktop environments using Visual Studio, Dev-Express, HTML5, ASP.Net, JavaScript, CSS, .Net 4+, Angular.
• Good understanding of Microsoft development tools and environments such as MS-SSRS, Visual Studio, TFS, Test Driven Development, SQL management Studio.
• Ability to create and run automated test scripts using relevant tools.
• Understand and experience DevOps, integration and performance.
• Understanding and experience with any scripting language.
• Knowledge and understanding of different cloud practices (MS Azure) and related configurations is helpful.
• Exposure to evaluation of open source tools and toolsets.
