Sigil is a free, open source, multi-platform ebook editor. Designed to edit books in ePub format (both ePub 2 and ePub 3). It also provides features for advanced users such as direct editing of XHTML, CSS and XPGT. It can be used to add any metadata entry supported by the EPUB specification to create a hierarchical table of contents.
