The company’s latest initiative, Intelligent Client Success, combines both of these focus areas to provide clients with a more efficient audit process through direct education.
Ben Atkins, director of marketing for ASF Audits, told SMSF Adviser that Intelligent Client Success uses Power BI to see all the data a client receives in the system and to identify specific types of client queries. You explained that you are identifying trends and spikes.
“The ASF audit then provides educational materials on that specific topic,” Atkins explained.
“For example, let’s say you have an accounting firm and you get a lot of inquiries about real estate. The system picks it up and delivers an educational piece of property to that client.”
By data mining these queries and providing more direct training to clients and their staff, Atkins says ASF audits “minimize queries and friction points during the audit process, reducing turnaround time. He said he could.
This technology uses benchmarks to identify where a particular company has a higher percentage of queries compared to other companies of a similar type.
