TSplus License Portal Offers Remote Support Credits

IRVINE, Calif., April 24, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — TSplus, an innovative provider of remote desktop and application delivery solutions, is pleased to announce the latest improvements to its licensing portal. These updates are aimed at improving user experience and adding new features to make managing his TSplus license easier than ever.

One of the most exciting new features of the TSplus License Portal is the addition of remote support credits. The development team has been working tirelessly to bring this much-requested feature to the platform. Remote Support Credits allow resellers and partners to generate their own subscriptions for remote support. This costs $360 for a batch of 10 concurrent sessions per year (or $3 per connection per month). Each credit equals one concurrent session per year, allowing the user to purchase, provide, generate and edit subscriptions as desired. Additionally, if your subscription ends within 45 days, it is considered a “trial” and does not count toward your credit.

But that’s not all. The License Portal has seen many improvements over the past year to make it an easy and comprehensive tool for managing TSplus licenses. The platform includes a new button to extend an existing support subscription with a simple click, and a new setting to prevent license activation on clients or machines that already have perpetual licenses. Users can also easily remove credits (support or license) via the licensing portal if desired.

For a better user experience, the login page has recently been redesigned to combine the Customer Portal and Partner Portal into one login. In addition, the platform now allows customers to create their own account on the licensing portal using her TSplus license or support activation key. This will make available all the information you need for a complete customer profile.

Finally, users can now access the Find Orders and Reset Password pages directly from the login screen if authentication fails.
