Shay’s attorney, Neama Rahmani, denied Levi’s physical altercation accusations in a statement to BuzzFeed News earlier this month.

Sandoval, Levis and Madix are all dealing with the scandal. Sandoval took to his Instagram where he shared two statements and in the second post he apologized to Madix. Levi’s initial statement cited “codependency” and love’s “addiction” as part of the reasons for his involvement with Sandoval.
Maddix was the last of the three to make an official statement, making it on March 16. In her post, she thanked her fans and support her system.
