New Delhi: Vipin Pal Singh (IRSEE) has been appointed Director General of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India. According to a decree issued by the Department of Personnel Training (DoPT), Singh has been selected for appointment under the Central Staffing Scheme (CSS) and is valid for five years from the date he takes over the post or post responsibilities. Until the next order, whichever comes first.
Singh is a Service Officer for the Indian Railways Electrical Engineers Service (IRSEE) for the 2002 Batch. He was recommended by the Ministry of Railways as a central representative. “He may be relieved of his duties soon after being instructed to take up his new duties at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA),” the order further said.
