However, users should be aware that any litigation that may arise is entirely at their own expense.
Most people don’t read terms and conditions when they pop up on the app, site, or service they use. Let’s be honest. It’s always long and full of boring jargon. In most cases it doesn’t matter much, so click “I agree” and move on.
